Taking Time for Mom During & After Pregnancy

After having my fourth child, I feel like I have been through enough pregnancies, labors, birthing and mothering to share my own journey and advice.  While I have found personally that no two experiences, including pregnancies are the same, they all share similarities.  While our bodies are making these amazing little human beings, it takes it toll on us, physically, emotionally and mentally.

Especially during my first pregnancy, I was more nervous, not knowing what to expect.  I gained weight, and a little more with each pregnancy.  By my fourth pregnancy, I started my second trimester heavier than I was when I gave birth to my first two babies!  I took loads of medication and hormones because of difficulties with my pregnancies and that didn’t help me in the weight department, but I did what any mom would do to have a healthy baby.

The app lets you track your routine and stay connected to the reasons why you want to stay healthy and energized.  The app let’s me enter how I am feeling from depleted to energized.  I can decide if I want  to start with a warm-up or jump right in.  Each workout is tailored to each Mom using the app, just enter your information truthfully when prompted and it will be tailored just for you!  After each work out you provide feedback as to how you were feeling ad then it tailors your next session to your responses.

I love that I can spend a few minutes on me anytime of the day, but usually mine is after the kids have been put to bed.  I am so tired by bedtime, but that is my “me” time when I get just a few minutes to myself.
