As a busy Mama to two toddlers, I am always looking for ways to make life easier. Truthfully we all look for conveniences in everyday life. One way I find I can save time and money is by preparing extra when I make meals and then put it in lunch size containers to simply grab and go. We are more likely on rushed days to take a lunch if it is all ready to go.
When I was asked if I wanted to try the Rubbermaid Lunch Blox I was excited to try another system that is way easy to use but still can be easily assembled to be like one container, even with an ice pack to keep your food cool.
There are four separate containers for your food, one large (entrée size or sandwich size), one medium and two smaller portion containers. I love that they lock into each others lids to be one system so they easily fit average reusable lunch bags!
You can even snap the ice pack into the middle of the containers or on the top or bottom of the system. Most of our lunches consist of some type of leftover that requires refrigeration, so this system is perfect for us.
While on our recent vacation we used it to carry various types of berries, pasta salads, pickles, crackers, cheeses and grapes. It worked well and keep the food nice and chilled. Again, love the fact that they snap in place and can be stored as one system.
The Rubbermaid Lunch Blox is made from BPA free plastic. I am happy to add the Rubbermaid Lunch Blox to our lunch systems. You can find the Rubbermaid Lunch Blox at most retailers that carry Rubbermaid products. The retail price that I saw at the two stores I looked for them at was $14.99. There also have kits for salads and entrees as well! You can browse the entire LunchBlox line from Rubbermaid! You can also connect with Rubbermaid on Facebook and on Twitter @Rubbermaid!
I received the above product for my review. All opinions expressed are 100% my own.
