August EcoCentric Mom’s Baby Box Review

EcoCentric Mom baby box August

As an EcoCentric Mom blogger I receive a free subscription box to EcoCentric Mom Baby Box.  All opinions expressed are 100% my own.

August was a great month, a hard one but wonderful none the less as we welcomed our third child into the world, Bethany.  With a hard but swift labor of just under three hours she made her grand arrival!  It doesn’t matter what you just went through, when you get to hold your baby in your arms for that first time everything else takes a back seat, including what you just went through.

The first few weeks we just spent bonding as a family.  Her brother and sister couldn’t love her more and for that I am ever so thankful.

With that said, I am a bit behind in sharing with you my fabulous EcoCentric Mom Baby Box for August.  Every month I am always excited to see what exactly Rebecca found to include.

August EcoCentric Mom Baby Box

This month was no exception!  One thing I have to say I enjoy every month is just opening the box and smelling what is inside.  I am not one for perfumes or strong artificial smells but each month there has been a natural product included that just smells down right good.  There is such a difference!

This month my surprise box contained:

gao. Natural Wood Fish Teether  from Liku Gao on Etsy.  The gao. toys are handmade from eco-friendly wood to ensure that you receive the highest quality possible,  This is the cutest thing and I can’t wait to try it out.

Oogaa Train Spoon:  They are made from silicone and is designed to “make feeding fun”.  I can see all kinds of songs and noises happening during meal time!

Nature’s Baby Shampoo & Body Wash and Conditioner in Vanilla/Tangerine:  This is not a new product to me but is my favorite scent they make.  These products contain 70% organic ingredients.

Nature’s Baby Aromatherapy Calming Spray: I have always loved the smell of lavender and have used this spray on my own pillows before.  With the right combination of relaxing herbs your little one will be soothed to sleep with the help of Organic Aloe, Calendula & Lavender.

Rubbabu Natural Rubber Foam Balls:  These are too cool and are made of natural rubber foam.  As the designers of simple toys their goal is to spark and inspire creative play.  These are made by hand using only safe, eco-friendly materials.  My older kids are loving these!

Possum Hollow Farm Soap:  This was that delicious, natural, clean smell I was telling you about when I opened the box!  It is quite heavenly!  Possum Hollow is a family run small business operated in Pennsylvania that is created from natural ingredients and scented with only essential oils.   Their soap is designed to be used from head to toe and I can’t wait to try it out.

Olivella Baby Oil Essense: This is made from Virgin Olive Oil, Vitamin E, Vitamin A and scented with delicate floral notes.

Truebar by Bakery on Main: These are just for Mama and are gluten free and non-gmo project verified.

Stretchy! Stretch Mark Treatment: Heaven knows I need this!  This is a plant-based stretch mark treatment.   It is 100% vegan of natural ingredients without chemicals.

Each box is different, but for just  $21, the box is packed full of goodies!   I would have loved to receive a subscription to  EcoCentric Mom for a shower gift but it would also be an awesome gift for a little one in your life!
