Baked Apple Crepe Pancake Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 ½-2 Apples with skins, sliced thinned
- 2-3 Tablespoons Sucanat or Sugar
- ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 4 Eggs
- ⅔ cup of Milk
- ⅔ cup of Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar or 1 Tablespoon of Honey
Directions
Core your apples and slice them very thinly.
In a bowl toss your sliced apples, 2-3 tablespoons of sweetener and cinnamon to evenly coat your apple slices.
Layer your slices evenly in the bottom of a 9 inch baking dish.
Mix the remaining ingredients in the same bowl to save yourself one more dish to clean.
Once they are combined gently pour the batter over the apples.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and set.
Use a knife to gently separate the edges from the dish. Then allow to cool 10-15 minutes.
Transfer to serving platter or dish. Cut up and enjoy warm as is, with maple syrup or a soon to come apple cider syrup!
