Be Excited for the Crossroads in Life

This is a sponsored post.

Each and every day we find ourselves down the path of many crossroads.  Personally for me, blogging is always one I struggle with.  I have such a vision for what I want my blog to be and yet, I just can’t seem to cross that road to reach it.

There are many simple living blogs that when I have the time I love to follow:

Simple Mom

Money Saving Mom

Some natural living blogs that I really enjoy reading:

Keeper of the Home

Marathon Mom

And I could list tons of crafting and DIY blogs, but I think one of my favorites is:

Young House Love

At times I feel so discouraged that I can’t live up to what I really want in my blog.  I have compromised in so many ways.  But then I have to remind myself I have received so many blessings from my blog also.  As of right now, I only work outside the home one day a week and the other six days, those are spent at home with my precious babies!

While I don’t necessarily consider myself a Mommy blogger, I am both.  I have the privilege to make a (currently very) small income doing something I really enjoy.  Today, as a perk of blogging I received a new Samsung Galaxy 3 at my door!  That is a huge perk.

And then there was an email this morning from Matthew aka. The Fairy Hobmother to most bloggers who lives over seas and actually works at an appliance store but who wakes bloggers like myself with a happy email, gifting them with a little happiness to start their day.

For me it was a perfect start to a Monday morning.

It is important each day to remember that the crossroads we take today, lead us to the path we will be on tomorrow.  I can’t wait to see what tomorrow has in store!

  1. I’m glad you’ve received these new opps. I have a Galaxy 3 (I was due for an upgrade last year, but didn’t get one until January). So, I look forward to seeing what you have to say about it. Also, I have yet to work with the infamous Fairy Hobmother. 🙂

    1. Totally agree! I sometimes think I could go back to work for six months and it would really help but I know I would not be happy. That is the bottom line. Plus I don’t want to leave my kiddos 🙂

    1. Thanks Tiffany! It was a great start to the day yesterday. I know you could use a pick-me-up so here is a fairy dust wish sent your way!

  2. I can so relate to what you are saying. I love having my blogs, but have a hard time getting them to where I want to be. The perks are SO FUN, though… and with exciting possibilities. 🙂

    1. Blogging can be so much fun, unless you get behind. I think the key is enjoying it all you can make the best of whatever comes along.
