After a crazy week, I hope this week will be a little more normal and we can get back into a semi-normal routine. I still have more training to do but thank goodness it will be local and only 1 1/2 miles from my house rather than 2+ hours! So here is our meal plan for the week and I will share many of these recipes soon, some I am trying and tweaking for the first time so I hope they turn out well! We usually have leftovers or a simple lunch but in the coming weeks I am going to start looking to add simple lunch ideas to help get out of the rut.
