One vital way I have found to save money is to create a meal plan. I find that if I don’t work out a meal plan, we end up grabbing things on the go or eating out unhealthy options. Creating a meal plan so that I know what I am making each day helps me stay on point. Since I only go to Whole Foods once a month or so I usually create a monthly plan so I can purchase things I need that I can not purchase locally.
To save money I try to build my menu’s off of what I already have on hand and around what is on sale. To view the weekly sales for Whole Foods go here and the coupon match-ups with the Whole Deal coupons for September & October go here.
