I haven’t really found an oatmeal recipe that my children enjoyed eating, until now! Of course add peanut butter and chocolate chips to almost anything and it will be yummy. I took Janelle’s original recipe from Gluten Freely Frugal and adjusted it, thanks Janelle!
Ingredients:
1 3/4 Cups Brown Sugar or 1 Cup of Honey
5 Cups Oats
2 Tbls Baking Powder
1/2 Teas Salt
3 Eggs Beaten
1 Cup of Melted Butter or 1 Cup of Coconut Oil
1-3/4 Cups Milk
1 Cup of Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup of Chocolate Chips
Directions:
First preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Mix all your dry ingredients together. Next add in your wet ingredients. Stir well. Lastly add the chocolate chips and mix through. Spread into a 9×13 pan. Bake about 45-50 minutes until the top is nice and crispy. Serve warm with milk poured over or with milk on the side.

I LOVE the addition of the peanut butter! Definitely trying it this way next time 🙂
I really wanted to try to figure out a way my kiddos would like it! This was a go!
