Peanut Butter Protein Balls Recipe

This year, there is no denying the fact that I need to loose some weight. It isn’t so I can be a specific size, or fit a specific body type, I have moved past that. I need to loose some weight so I can feel good again. My 5’2″ frame wasn’t made to be the weight I am today, and I can feel it. I fully don’t expect to be the same size/shape I was when I got married. Let’s face it, that was almost 13 years ago and I have given birth to four beautiful babies. During that process my body has changed drastically, and I am okay with that. But this year, this year I plan to make some changes so I can feel great again!
