Want A Little Extra Jingle In Your Pocket? Try Jingit!

For those of you that have been around to see my blogging evolve, you know I stared blogging about coupons and deals.  While I truly loved finding great deals to share, I just didn’t have the time I needed to devote to that type of blogging.  I love that I have the ability to control our spending and save, even in small amounts to help our family reach our goals. My mother was such an amazing example to show that little amounts add up to big solutions.

I was very excited to find out about a new tech start-up company Jingit!  There are a lot of people who just don’t think small change makes much of a difference but it truly adds up very quickly!  Jingit allows great brands to pay you real, instant cash for paying attention to them either online through watching ads or shopping in store using their Jingit app.

It is so easy to sing-up!  Simply head over to their website here:  http://jingit.evyy.net/c/40415/43666/852.  You log-in via your facebook account and then are sent a text confirmation code to complete your registration.  I had to send this text several times for it to allow me to log-in but once I was in it was smooth sailing.

Then you are introduced to Jingit with an opening commercial that explains the process of how Jingit works.  It is only 20-30 seconds long and you are paid to watch it!

Currently they have commercials for Elmer’s glue based on the first day of school.  Although I do not remember my first day of school, I do remember my youngest sister’s first day. She was the youngest of five children so there were many tears that day (and the days before), mainly my Mother’s.  As a parent now to two toddlers I can only imagine the emotions I would feel sending them to school for the very first day.  Since we have decided to try homeschooling, we will still need our fair share of Elmer’s glue.  We love craft projects!

There is also a commercial for S’mores!  Are you kidding me?  I got paid from Jingit to watch a few seconds about S’mores and answer about 5 questions about my love for S’mores.

It had the suggestion of grilling your S’mores in tin foil for the tailgaters; why didn’t I think about that?

To be honest once I logged in, I may have spent 2 minutes watching commercials and the rest of the time was exploring the site to see how things worked!

You can cash out your money to download music or save up and get a pre-paid Visa card!  the card costs $3.00 but you can use your first $3.00 you earn to cover the costs.  It is offered in partnership with U.S. Bank and is completely safe and secure.

You can also earn money if you have a smart phone by downloading the Jingit app and scanning products in store!  You could even make it a mini scavenger hunt, all while getting paid to do so!

Will you get rich using Jingit?  Well no, but who couldn’t use an extra $10-$20 a month for a few minutes of time?  I could!  That could purchase a lunch or dinner out or maybe you could save it for a new pair of shoes.  I guess it all depends on who is using Jingit and what their goals are.  My family is going to continue to use Jingit to save for our family vacation for next year.  We will be celebrating our 10th anniversary and are putting all our extra change aside for it.

So What Are You Waiting For?

Even if you don’t have a Smartphone, sign up for Jingit and save a little extra jingle!

  1. I need to be part of jingit, like yesterday. Looks so neat and not too hard. I’ve been seeing jingit more and more through the blogosphere. Looks interesting, and fun.

  2. Im part of jingit and I love it! I actually started couponing a lot less, but I dont feel so bad now that its easy to make extra cash in other ways, like Jingit.
