Happy Wednesday! We have officially made it through our first week of homeschooling this year and truthfully, it has been SO much better than I ever expected! We still have lots of kinks to work out but it has gone rather smoothly. I am so excited because towards the end of the week I am hoping to finally move some desks (at least one) into our school room. Progress is going slow but progress is progress!
This week is the third edition of Way Back Wednesday that we are sharing on the blog and I can’t wait to see what posts you all share this week.
As mentioned previously, I’ll be introducing one of co-hosts for the next couple of weeks so you can check out their blogs as well. This week I’d like you to give a warm welcome to Elizabeth from Rock-A-Bye Parrents!
Elizabeth has been blogging since September 2011 at Rock-A-Bye Parents and can also be blogging at The Blogging Bunch. She is a busy single mom to one amazing 4 year old. When not blogging she’s busy working her Jamberry Nails business and subbing in area elementary schools. She blogs about a variety of topics from product reviews, information on home and family life, travel tips (with a focus on Disney, her favorite place), helpful information about food allergies, and much more.
Here are a couple of my favorite posts from last week:
Creating My Happiness
As a mom who has her camera handy, I think this post is truly relevant about being in the moment with our families, not just capturing it.
Cook With 5 Kids
Homemade bread is an all time favorite in my house. I have a bag of hemp seed sitting in my cupboard waiting to be used, so this is perfect considering the Hemp Bread is dairy-free.
