Happy Wednesday! Sorry I missed posting the link-up last week. It has been rather crazy and I am officially a resident of Little Rock until our Caleb decides to make his appearance in the next few weeks. It has been busy, crazy and quite emotional packing up all three kids, leaving Daddy and heading south to wait but we have our first full week under our belts and are starting to figure a few things out. Or maybe not, but we certainly are trying to.
This will be my third and final time staying in Little Rock, prior to the arrival of our little bundle and it takes me way back. I have some funny, some emotional, some down right hysterical memoires that have been made in my final weeks before each baby. I am sure this time will be no different, except that there is a third child in the mix, we are still trying to homeschool and I am not sure I have ever been so ready but felt so unprepared. Is that possible?
Anyways, with all the walks down memory lane, it brings me to why we have this post…Way Back Wednesday!
Here are a couple of my favorite posts from last week:
Raising Fairies and Knights
With the cooler weather starting to roll in, my kids have started asking about camping this year. As a kid, we went often during the cooler fall months. Needless to say, being almost nine months pregnant, camping isn’t all that appealing at the moment, but the kids can’t wait to go soon! These camping with little ones; tips are great suggestions on how to prepare. While I may not be ready at the moment, we will soon be out there making many memories!
Muddy Boots and Diamonds
With a newborn on my mind, and close to making an appearance, these recipes and links made me think about my own freezer stash. I love batch cooking and freezer cooking. While I am unable to build up my freezer while I am away from home, I can be prepared to build it up again once I am back home with a newborn.
