Weekly Goals for 01/16/12

So last week I thought I would somewhat get my life back to normal after being out of town for training the week before, boy was I wrong.  I trainined all last week as well which made for a very hectic week.  I hope I didn’t make a bad decision.  My children made very clear they didn’t like me leaving to go to work that often.  Starting off this week, Addie my two year old is sick and is couching and her eyes are all swollen she just wants you to sit and hold her.  So what exactly is normal?  This is I guess!

So I didn’t get as much accomplished as I would have liked last week.  I did get to cross a few things off my list but not all, so here is the update!

Blog:

Stick to my planned posting schedule.

Write one guest post and submit it to another blog in my niche.

Start scheduling planned posts atleast one week ahead of time (I need to write two posts a day to get a week ahead).

Pick out three linky parties I want to participate in.

Add Google analytics & Adsense back to my site.

Make concrete design plans for the blog!

Personal:

Start my Bible reading schedule.-Started and this will be a work in progress.

Start our yearly budget planning.

Make homemade marshmellows-We did try but haven’t yet gotten a recipe I am happy with so we will attempt again this afternoon.

Can 1 batch of stew or jelly.

Start planning my 2012 gardens :) I did get started with planning and figuring out what I have versus what I need to order.

So for this week’s goals:

Blog:

Stick to my planned posting schedule (I did great for the beginning of the week and then Thursday fell off hence why #3 goal is needed)

Write one guest post and submit it to another blog in my niche.

Start scheduling planned posts atleast one week ahead of time (By Sunday have my daily posts scheduled out for the next week).

Participate in two blog hops/linkies.

Install the Alexa Toolbar on the blog.

Personal:

Finish picking out my 2012 DIY projects and post to blog.

Attempt Homemade Marshmellows again!

Can 1 batch of stew or jelly.

Use 20lbs of apples in homemade applesauce & apple butter-can it!

Continue on my Bible Reading schedule.
