Weekly Meal Plan 01/16/12-01/22/12

So I thought this last week would be a little more normal, boy I was wrong.  I trained again all week and my one day off had to be away from the house so we didn’t really stick with my meal plan all the way.  With that being said we are carrying over a couple of meals from last week we didn’t make.

Monday:

Breakfast-Scrambled Eggs, Cinnamon Raisin Toast

Dinner-Stovetop Tamale Pie (Recipe  & cost breakdown coming if this is a success) 🙂

Tueasday:

Breakfast-Breakfast Burritos, Apple Slices

Dinner-Beans and Ham, Corn Muffins with Honey

Wednesday:

Breakfast-Applesauce Bread

Dinner-Baked Ham, Garlic Cheddar Mashed Potatoes, Sweet Corn, Salad

Thursday:

Breakfast-Baked Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Oatmeal (recipe & cost breakdown coming also if success) 🙂

Dinnner-Ham with White Gravy over Rice, Peas

Friday:

Breakfast-Gluten Free Chocolate Chuck Scones

Dinner-Chicken Fried Steaks, Mashed Potatoes, Steamed Broccoli

Saturday:

Breakfast-Cheese Toast with Fruit

Dinner-Chili with Tortillas or Tortilla Chips

Sunday:

Breakfast-Vanilla Muffins with Scrambled Eggs with Cheese

Dinner-Round Steaks, Sweet Potato Casserole, Green Veggie or Salad
