Weekly Meal Plan 01/30/12-02/05/12

So life is so crazy!  We went to St. Louis this past weekend and I am starting off behind (as usual).  Here is our meal plan for this week:

Monday:

Breakfast-Vanilla Chocolate Chip Muffins, Oranges

Dinner-Broccoli Casserole, Green Beans

Tuesday:

Breakfast-Breakfast Burritos, Apple Slices

Dinner-Beans with Ham, Corn Muffins

Wednesday:

Breakfast-Eggs, Spinach, Cheese Omelets

Dinner-Spinach Alfredo Pizza, Veggie Sticks

Thursday:

Breakfast-Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Oatmeal

Dinner-Chicken Noodle Stir-Fry

Friday:

Breakfast-French Toast with Berries

Dinner-Chicken Fried Steak w/ gravy, rice and green veggie

Saturday:

Breakfast-Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

Dinner-Spinach Ricotta Stuffed Shells, salad, homemade rolls

Sunday:

Breakfast-Cheese Toast, Oranges

Dinner-Stove Top Tamale Pie
