Weekly Meal Plan 02/20/12 to 02/26/12

Again another week has slipped through our fingers..Did you have a great week?  We are looking forward to another packed week.  I actually did quite well with last week planning out all three meals.  Did we stick to all of them?  No, we didn’t but it helped me to be focused on what to make and keeping it different!  With that said here is this week’s meal plan.


Breakfast-Yogurt & Granola, Fruit


Dinner-Spagetti w/ Meatsauce, Salad, Rolls


Breakfast-Breakfast Casserole, Bacon, Fruit

Lunch-Pinwheel Sandwiches, Chips

Dinner-Beef Stroganoff, Green Beans, Rolls (recipe to be reposted, it didn’t make it w/ our transfer to WordPress)


Breakfast-Homemade Biscuits & Gravy, Fruit

Lunch-Sloppy Joes, Veggie Sticks

Dinner-Pigs in a Blanket, Oven Fries, Steamed Broccoli & Califlower


Breakfast-Applesauce Bread

Lunch-Grilled Cheese, Oven Fries, Carrot Sticks

Dinner-Chicken Potpie, Salad


Breakfast-Pumpkun Scones, Fruit

Lunch-Snacky Lunch (Hummus, Cheese, Crackers, Fruit)

Dinner-Baked Salmon Patties, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans


Breakfast-Peanut Butter Toast, Peaches

Lunch-Mac N’ Cheese, Salad

Dinner-White Chicken Chili, Sourdough Rolls


Breakfast-Blackberry Muffins


Dinner-Steak, Creamed Potatoes, Steamed Veggies, Sourdough Rolls
