Weekly Meal Plan 02/27/12-03/04/12

Last week I really fell short a couple days not having a desire to cook so I hopwe all goes better this week!  Here is what we have planned:

Monday:

Breakfast-Cereal & Fruit

Lunch-PB&J Sandwiches, chips, oranges (I’m working until lunch so Daddy gets to have easy breakfast & lunch.)

Dinner-Chicken Lo Mein (recipe to come tomorrow), Steamed Brussel Sprouts

Tuesday:

Breakfast-Cheese Toast, Bananas

Lunch-French Bread Pizza, Carrot Sticks

Dinner-Chili, Corn Muffins

Wednesday:

Breakfast-Pancakes, Scrambled Eggs, Apple Slices

Lunch-Mac N Cheese, Celery & Carrot Sticks

Dinner-Baked Salmon, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Steamed Broccoli

Thursday:

Breakfast-Applesauce Bread

Lunch-Minestrone Soup, Grilled Cheese

Dinner-Chicken Fried Steak Strips, Homefries, Green Beans

Friday:

Breakfast-Pumpkin Scones, Oranges

Lunch-Spaghetti, Salad

Dinner-Ham with Gravy over Rice, Corn

Saturday:

Breakfast-Peanut Butter Toast, Peaches, Apple Slices

Lunch-Leftovers

Dinner-Baked Potatoes, BLT Sandwiches

Sunday:

Breakfast-Breakfast Cake, Oranges

Lunch-Pinwheel Sandwiches

Dinner-Baked Cod, Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Broccoli
