Weekly Meal Plan 03/12/12-03/18/12

I didn’t stick to our meal plan every day last week.  My friends are back in the states from outside of Hong Kong and we have been visiting with them some.  So here is what we have planned for the week this week!

Monday:

Breakfast-Biscuits & Gravy, Sunny Eggs, Fruit

Lunch-Grilled Cheese, Carrots & Celery Sticks, Chips

Dinner-Stew, Cheddar Garlic Biscuits

Tuesday:

Breakfast-Easy Breakfast Cake, Fruit

Lunch-Snacky Lunch (Hummus, Cheese, Crackers, Veggie Sticks)

Dinner-Crockpot BBQ Pork Sandwiches, Steamed Veggies

Wednesday:

Breakfast-French Toast, Bacon, Oranges

Lunch-Corn Chowder, Rolls, Carrot Sticks

Dinner-Chicken Lo Mein

Thursday:

Breakfast-Pancakes, Fruit

Lunch- Leftovers

Dinner-Scalloped Potatos, Corn, Salad

Friday:

Breakfast-Smoothies, Applesauce Muffins

Lunch-Pinwheel Sandwiches, Deviled Eggs

Dinner-Turkey Enchilada Bake, Salad

Saturday:

Breakfast-Leftover Muffins, Fruit

Lunch-Leftovers

Dinner-Taco Soup, Corn Chips

Sunday:

Breakfast-English Muffins, Bananas

Lunch-Leftovers

Dinner-Tacos, Refried Beans, Spanish Rice
