Weekly Meal Plan 05/07/12-05/13/12

We didn’t get to everything I had planned last week, actually I only cooked dinner three nights as we used the leftovers the others.  I worked every day last week and it was more than crazy.  Addie hasn’t been feeling well, actually she has double ear-infections we found out today!   So I hope to get to a few of the meals I had planned for last week.

Monday:

  • Breakfast-Muffins, Apples
  • Lunch-Leftovers
  • Dinner-Venison Steaks, Baked Potato, Steamed Broccoli

Tuesday:

  • Breakfast-Breakfast Burritos, Bananas
  • Lunch-Mac N Cheese, Steamed Broccoli
  • Dinner-Baked Chicken, Brown Rice, Green Beans, Corn

Wednesday:

  • Breakfast-Sunny Eggs, Cinnamon Rolls, Fruit
  • Baked Oatmeal Cups, Fruit
  • Lunch-BBQ Chicken Flat Bread, Carrot Sticks, Homemade Ranch
  • Dinner-Bacon, Cheese & Spinach Strata (didn’t make last week)

Thursday:

  • Breakfast-Banana Bread, Fruit
  • Lunch- Leftovers
  • Dinner-Chicken N’ Dumplings (Austin’s request) and Green Beans

Friday:

  • Breakfast-Zucchini Bread, Apples
  • Lunch-Leftovers
  • Dinner-Ham and Potato Hash, Salad (Didn’t make last week)

Saturday:

  • Breakfast-Baked Peanut Butter Oatmeal, Baked Apples
  • Lunch-Salmon and Lettuce Wraps, Roasted Pumpkin Seeds, Cheese Slices
  • Dinner-Chicken N’ Broccoli Casserole, Salad

Sunday:

  • Breakfast-Leftover Oatmeal, Fruit
  • Lunch-Leftovers
  • Dinner-Homemade Pizza, Raw Veggies with Ranch Dip
