I have been so out of the routine lately. I haven’t been feeling well for weeks and decided rather than make myself worse by pushing myself blogging I would give it a little bit of a break to get caught up. I am starting to feel better and ready to make some adjustments and get back into a groove.
So I am back to meal planning and a routine this week. We had company in from out of state last weekend and had a blast with some old friends. It is amazing how much time has past but we pick up right where we left off. I had a great time getting caught up and just being together. I will share more a bit later.
With that said, this is a little late but better late than never, or so they say!
This is what is on the menu in our home this week:
Tuesday
Breakfast: Breakfast Burritos, Fruit
Dinner: Beans with Ham, Carrots & Celery Sticks
Wednesday
Breakfast: Pumpkin Muffins with Cream Cheese Frosting, Grapes
Dinner: Chicken N’ Dumplings, Caesar Salads
Thursday
Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs, Cinnamon Toast, Grapes
Dinner: Bean and Rice Burritos
Friday
Breakfast: English Muffin Bread, Fruit
Dinner: Grilled Steak, Sweet Potato and Butternut Squash Casserole, Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Saturday
Breakfast: Crustless Mini Spinach Quiche, Fruit
Dinner: Sausage and Green Bean Casserole, Corn on the Cob
Sunday
Breakfast: Overnight French Toast (I am going to try a version of this recipe-I still haven’t), Apples
Dinner: Homemade Spinach Alfredo Pizza or BBQ Chicken Pizza, Steamed Broccoli
