Weekly Meal Plan 12/24-12/30

This week has so much in store as I am sure it does for most of you all.   We have some pretty big goals to accomplish this week on our house and I am so hopeful we can get most of it accomplished.  With all the crazy winds we have had this last week we have so many down trees that have to be taken care of as well (bonfire anyone?)   We will all be painting, including the kids (but they will be using watercolors!) this week.  I can’t wait to share what we turn Austin’s room into very soon.

We are going to be trying out a few new recipes this week if I am able to locate the ingredients for our study of Brazil that I am excited to share.  I hope everyone has a great week with their families and use the time to truly analyze and appreciate what is most valuable in life.

Here is what we are having this week:


Breakfast: Applesauce Muffins, Yogurt
Dinner: Bean Burritos, Veggie Sticks


Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs, Cheese Biscuits, Fruit
Dinner: Grilled Steaks, Baked Macaroni and Cheese, Deviled Eggs, Green Beans, Steamed Cauliflower


Breakfast: Oatmeal Pancakes, Peaches
Dinner:  Orange Crockpot Chicken, Rice, Steamed Veggies


Breakfast: Granola and Yogurt, Fruit
Dinner: Homemade Corndog Muffins, Green Beans (didn’t make last week)


Breakfast: Hashbrown Casserole, Fruit Smoothies, Oranges
Dinner:  Leftovers


Breakfast:  English Muffin Bread, Apples
Dinner:  Feijoada over Rice (Brazilian Recipe)


Breakfast: Coconut Muffins, Fruit
Dinner:  Homemade Pizza, Salads

Again, this week I am so excited to get started due to high hopes of what I want to accomplish!  I hope you all have a wonderful week.
