Weekly Meal Plan 12/3-12/9

This will be my first week I am going to try to reverse my schedule and instead of blogging at night, do so in the early morning hours.  Although the transition will be rough initially, it will be such a good thing for my family.  I need more time to be focused on writing and I have always been more on my toes in the morning.

The children are starting a more scheduled school time this week which they are excited about!  My children are very scheduled oriented.  We are beginning to plan out a few field trips and the kids are besides themselves.

This is what is on the menu in our home this week:

Monday

Breakfast: Cream Cheese Pastries
Dinner: Chicken Quinoa Stew

Tuesday

Breakfast: Breakfast Burritos, Apples
Dinner: Ham with White Sauce over Brown Rice, Green Beans

Wednesday

Breakfast: Biscuits with Gravy, Bananas
Dinner: Chicken Parmesan, Noodles, Broccoli

Thursday

Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs, Toast, Grapes
Dinner: Italian Chicken Pasta Salad, Veggie Sticks

Friday

Breakfast: Oatmeal Pancakes with Baked Apples
Dinner: Stovetop Tamale Pie

Saturday

Breakfast:  Banana Muffins
Dinner: Chicken Lo Mein

Sunday

Breakfast: Breakfast Casserole, Hashbrowns, Apples
Dinner: Leftovers
