With being busy at the start of the week & having sick kiddos in the house towards the end of this week we really went simple this past week and didn’t make a lot of what I had planned. I am hoping everyone starts to feel better this week and we can enjoy the sun! Here is what is on our menu this week:

Dinner-Chicken Fried Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Green beans, Corn

Lunch- Potato Soup, Rolls

Breakfast-Breakfast Casserole, Fruit
Lunch-Snacky Lunch
Dinner-Spanish Rice, Pinto Beans, Salad

Huge accomplishment… Hubby & I made a meal plan last night at 11:00. Haven’t done it for some time. We share the cooking role some days.
