Weekly Meal Plan 3/19-03/25

With being busy at the start of the week & having sick kiddos in the house towards the end of this week we really went simple this past week and didn’t make a lot of what I had planned.  I am hoping everyone starts to feel better this week and we can enjoy the sun!  Here is what is on our menu this week:



Breakfast-Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Cinnamon Twist Biscuits

Lunch-Bean Burritos

Dinner-Shepherd’s Pie, Corn, Salad


Breakfast-Granola, Fruit


Dinner-Navy Beans w/ Pork in Crockpot (will share recipe)


Breakfast-English Muffins, Fruit (didn’t try to make the EM last week)

Lunch-Pinwheel Sandwiches, Deviled Eggs

Dinner-Chicken Fried Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Green beans, Corn


Breakfast-Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Lunch- Potato Soup, Rolls

Dinner-Chicken Potpie, Corn, Green Beans


Breakfast-Breakfast Casserole, Fruit

Lunch-Snacky Lunch

Dinner-Spanish Rice, Pinto Beans, Salad


Breakfast-Applesauce Cake

Lunch-Bean Burritos

Dinner-White Chicken Chili, Rolls


Breakfast-Breakfast Burritos, Apple Slices

Lunch-PB&J Sandwiches, Pretzels, Fruit

Dinner-Homemade Pizza, Salad

  1. Huge accomplishment… Hubby & I made a meal plan last night at 11:00. Haven’t done it for some time. We share the cooking role some days.
