Weekly Meal Plan-4/9/12

Yet another week has gone by, what memories do you have of this last week?  We spent quite a bit of family time outside, planted more seeds and enjoyed the beautiful weather.  As it continues to warm up we will start baking less and using the stovetop and grilling to try to not heat up the house.  Another busy week is planned and I am very excited to work at accomplishing so many things on my to-do list this week.

This is what we have planned for our meals this week:

Monday:

Breakfast-Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Oatmeal, Fruit

Lunch-Bean Burritos, Cheese Dip

Dinner-Chicken Fried Steaks, Garlic Cheddar Mashed Potatoes, Salad

Tuesday:

Breakfast-Leftover Oatmeal, Fruit

Lunch-Peanut Butter & Honey Sandwiches, Veggie Sticks, Chips & Cheese Dip

Dinner-White Chicken Chili

Wednesday:

Breakfast-Spinach Omelets, Bacon, Fruit

Lunch-Leftovers

Dinner-Italian Pasta Bake, Salad

Thursday:

Breakfast-Pancakes, Fruit

Lunch- Leftovers

Dinner-Chicken Alfredo, Steamed Veggies

Friday:

Breakfast-Muffins, Fruit

Lunch-Snacky Lunch (Hummus, Crackers, Veggies, Cheese, Fruit)

Dinner-Hamburgers, Homefries, Fruit Salad, Peach Cobbler

Saturday:

Breakfast-Muffins, Fruit

Lunch-Leftovers

Dinner-Grilled Cheese, Pasta E Fagoli (Alphabet Soup)

Sunday:

Breakfast-Breakfast Cookies, Fruit

Lunch-Pinwheel Sandwiches, Veggie Sticks, Fruit

Dinner-Roast, Carrots, Potatoes, Green Beans
