Last week I really feel off the wagon with Meal Planning because I knew we would be having simple dinners. I cooked three big dinners and that is what we ate off for the week for dinners for the most part. This week is another packed work week for me so again we will be having simple dinners that I can make easily.
So this is what I have planned for us this week:
Monday:
- Breakfast-Yogurt, Granola, Apples
- Dinner-Lasanga Casserole, Salad
Tuesday:
- Breakfast-Breakfast Burritos & Bananas
- Dinner-Venison Roast, Carrots, Potatoes (from my garden) and Peas
Wednesday:
- Breakfast-Banana Muffins & Apples
- Dinner-Crockpot Santa Fe Chicken over Brown Rice (I’m going to make a version of this recipe)
Thursday:
- Breakfast-Scrambled Eggs, Toast, Fruit
- Dinner-Crockpot Bean and Ham, Carrots & Celery Sticks
Friday:
- Breakfast-Breakfast Cookies, Hard Boiled Eggs, Fruit
- Dinner-7 Layer Bean Dip, Tortilla Chips
Saturday:
- Breakfast-English Muffin Bread w/ Peanut Butter, Fruit
- Dinner-Chicken Fried Steaks, Mashed Potatoes, Corn on the Cob, Salad
Sunday:
- Breakfast-Apple Strusel Muffins, Hard Boiled Eggs, Bananas
- Dinner-Chicken Pot Pie
