Weekly Meal Plan for 9/23-9/29

To say that is has been a long time since I have done solid meal planning is an understatement.  During my pregnancy I was so sick that there were many days (and I mean many) that I didn’t cook anything.  I fed my children things that I never have but I just had to do what I had to do to get by.  Now that our “sweet baby” is here, as Addie so lovingly calls her I am trying to settle back into a routine, as much as you can with a newborn.

We are starting to dig our feet in with Austin’s homeschooling which I will share more about later this week.  With all the chaos of trying to start back at work, a newborn, school and blogging I am ready to start meal planning again so I don’t panic at 2pm trying to figure out what I am going to feed my family.

With all that said, here is my first attempt to get back on schedule.

Weekly Meal Plan for 9/23-9/29

Monday – 9/23:  Crockpot Beans, Naked Muffins, Veggie Sticks

Tuesday – 9/24:  Buffalo Chicken Tacos, Refried Beans

Wednesday – 9/25:  Roast, Carrots, Potatoes, Green Beans

Thursday – 9/26:  Bean Burritos, Salad, Chips & Salsa

Friday – 9/27:  Shredded BBQ Sandwiches, Carrots & Celery

Saturday – 9/28:  Leftovers

Sunday – 9/29:  Chili over Quinoa

I am hoping, rather my children are hoping that I start cooking at breakfast regularly again soon.  I am hoping to conquer one battle at a time.  Maybe in a few weeks I will be back to morning planning again!   I have several new recipes that I have been playing with and am hoping to share soon!
