Weekly Meal Plan 9/30-10/06

While last week I was much more successful with cooking, I didn’t quite stick to the menu.  Any progress is good, so I will take it!  Last week I received the new Weelicious Lunches book that I have been drooling over and am really finding myself motivated again to get back on track with more healthy, homemade eating.

After having such a busy week last week and having my first over night trip with all three children, and without Daddy I am excited to have most days at home this week.  Who knew after staying home so much with the newborn that I would look forward to staying home so soon? 

Weekly Meal Plan for 9/23-9/29

Monday – 9/30:  Roast, Carrots, Potatoes, Green Beans (didn’t make last week)

Tuesday – 10/01:  Fish Tacos with Roasted Corn Salad

Wednesday – 10/02:  Shredded BBQ Sandwiches, Carrots & Celery

Thursday – 10/03:  Cordon Bleu, Yams, Salad

Friday – 10/04:  Roasted Apple & Onion Pork Loin, Garlic Cheddar Mashed Potatoes, Corn, Greens

Saturday – 10/05:  Leftovers

Sunday – 10/06:  Homemade Spinach Alfredo Pizzas, Salad

On our schedule for the week is lots of school, lots of cooking, lots of crafts and unfortunately, lots of cleaning!   I hope to add in some fall baking in the mix as well!
